We stopped at a very cramped little free camp on our way North called Saunders beach and were lucky to get in. We only managed this due to a fellow camper offering his spot which he was vacating. It was nice enough but only for an over night.
As you can see there was limited space, unfortunately the area in the picture was designated for locals to park, which limited the free spot even further. However we managed, where many had to turn around and go back from where they came.
You can see why the locals love it so much. It was a great little spot and just a pity the amenities were limited.
Another one ticked off the list. Merops ornatus or more commonly known as the Rainbow Bee eater.
